From the recording Peace, Love & Funkiness
The mid section of this track was inspired by a moment in my life at a 'party' on the banks of a canal in London. I was severly under the infulence of some smokeable substances and dancing furiously to 'Family Affair' by Mary J Blige under a purple (appropriatly) UV light when the horn line that is in that mid section of this song came into my head. I had to alter the already written song to accomodate it. And now every time I listen to this track I am reminded of that 'party'. The guitar solo (as is a lot of the guitar on this album) is by my very good but rather late friend Richard MacNamara.
